You should indicate your name and number of the order as cause of payment. You should also send us the receipt of payment by e-mail at sales@karantzas.gror you can call us in order to inform us about the transaction. Cash on deliveryCash on delivery (only within Greece) through the company SPEEDEX COURIER (payment of the amount will be made to the authorized employee of the courier company upon receipt of the order). This option is charged with additional cost of € 3.50.Note: Based on law 4446 / 22-12-2016, it is not allowed from 1/1/2017 to send cash on delivery to individuals (consumers) with a value greater than 500 €.

Payment upon receipt from the physical store

You can pick up your order free of charge from our physical store located at 33 Megalou Alexandrou Street in Florina, any working hours of stores, either in cash or by using a credit - debit card at the Company's POS (all credit cards are accepted ). The specific order will be valid from the moment of informing the user about the date of receipt of the ordered product from the physical store, as well as about the period of his stay there.
If the specific period elapses without action then the specific order will be cancelled without any responsibility on the part of the Company. If the specific user repeats the specific transaction behaviour then the Company may refuse to execute the specific order.
